FEG acquires TOPsport - Lithuania's market leader

Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG) has signed an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in TOPsport, which commands approximately 54% of Lithuania's regulated betting and gaming market. TOPsport, headquartered in Kaunas and founded in 2002, reported EBITDA of over €65 million in 2025 with margins consistently above 50%.

The transaction represents a record investment for FEG's parent company Penta and marks FEG's first entry into the Baltic region, bringing the group's total footprint to eight countries.

TOPsport is the main partner of basketball club BC Žalgiris and title sponsor of TOPLYGA, Lithuania's top football division. The transaction remains subject to approval from Lithuanian regulatory authorities.
